Optionally and in addition:  

U.S. Computer Corporation will provide a repair or replacement for new but defective computer hardware for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase from U.S. Computer Corporation.   

The warranty for hardware installed by U.S. Computer Corporation, (but not as a component part of a new computer system: See System Warranty), is the equipment manufacturers warranty or an exchange warranty wherein U.S. Computer Corporation, for a period of 30 days following installation by U.S. Computer Corporation, will repair or exchange any defective hardware component if such component was originally installed by U.S. Computer Corporation with a new or remanufactured or repaired product of the same manufacture and type. 

Labor charges to reinstall such a replacement component will be at one half U.S. Computer Corporations normal labor rate and are the responsibility of the customer regardless of the manufacturer's warranty.  

Customers who desire to avoid labor charges must return the product to the manufacturers agent within the warranty period.   

U.S. Computer Corporation does not warrant or assume any warranty obligation for new computer hardware not installed by:   

• (1) U.S. Computer Corporation as an original component part of a new computer system which was manufactured and/or assembled by U.S. Computer Corporation.  

  or  

  (2) U.S. Computer Corporation as a component installation into a computer system owned by a customer for which the customer paid U.S. Computer Corporation, U.S. Computer Corporation's customary and usual installation charge.

Optionally and in addition:  

U.S. Computer Corporation will replace defective software returned within a period of 7 days from the date of original purchase from U.S. Computer Corporation with the same title and version and manufacturer only. Due to copy right laws, software cannot be otherwise exchanged.  

U.S. Computer Corporation does not warrant or assume any warranty obligation on computer software products sold or installed by U.S. Computer Corporation.

The sole warranty on software is by the manufacturer of the software.
