Hardware Products  
Returned as Defective

  • Defective computer hardware products can be returned to the hardware manufacturer or to U.S. Computer Corporation. If returned to USC the return must be within 15 days of the date of purchase from USC.  
  • See USC's System, Hardware, and Software Warranties   

 

Hardware Products  
Returned For Refund   
or Exchange

 

  • Defective computer hardware may be returned to the hardware manufacturer or to U.S. Computer Corporation as follows:  
  • New computer hardware products purchased at U.S. Computer Corporation can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase from U.S. Computer Corporation. Hardware products to not have to be defective to be returned to USC.   
  • Other:  
  1. Receipts: are necessary. If you have lost your receipt,  we can confirm your purchase in our computer system if you can provide the approximate date. There may be an extra fee for this service.
  2. Condition: must be in new condition or restocking fee
  3. Packing Material and Manuals: all packing material and manuals must be returned in new condition or restocking fee applies.
  4. Return Date: Within 15 days of purchase or restocking fee.
  5. Computers: All returned computers are subject to a restocking fee .
  • There are no exceptions to these return policies on hardware.

Replacement   
or Defect:

 

  • Defective Software may be returned to the software manufacturer or to U.S. Computer Corporation as follows:  
  • Defective Software products must be returned in 7 days and will be exchanged for an identical title and revision.  
  • Unopened C.D. Software still in original unbroken shrink wrap and having U.S. Computer Corporations price tag still attached may be returned for a period of 7 days.  
  • No other software returns to USC are permitted due to virus and copyright law.  
  • Some software manufacturers offer a money back satisfaction guarantee. Click here for a list of those manufacturers. 
  • If unable to return the hardware or software product to USC you may be able to return it to the manufacturer
  • There are no exceptions to these return policies.
