Computer Corporation, shipped by U.S. Computer Corporation and where your
receipt and credit card statement say U.S. Computer Corporation. You may return 1 only of each of
the individual products purchased. All exceptions to this must be in writing
and signed by a manager or officer of U.S. Computer Corporation.
Our money back guarantee is for individuals
purchasing individual quantities. This restriction is to limit the purchase of
products for resale, testing, or other, then the return of all the
products.
If your product was purchased
for shipment to an address in the United States and you purchased only 1 of
the products, most of USC’s hardware products and many software products are
covered by a 30-day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee from U.S. Computer

Note: all non-defective
hardware returns which are not like new or do not include all materials
shipped in new condition are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee
and other considerations as noted below. Software which has been opened must
be returned to the manufacturer for credit or replacement.
Hardware
Products Returned as Defective
Defective computer
hardware products can be returned to the hardware manufacturer according to
the manufacturer's warranty terms or optionally to U.S. Computer Corporation
if the product was shipped by us to a United States address and you are making
the return within 30 days of purchase.
Because of the
possibility of product revisions by the manufacturer, and extended warranty
time periods via the manufacturer, it may be in customers best interest
to return the product to the manufacturer for exchange or repair. Manufacturer

The customers
warranty on any product purchased is the manufacturer's warranty. U.S.
Computer Corporation does not manufacturer the equipment and does not warrant
the equipment other than the 30 day return if defective courtesy policy.
Defective product
exchanges with the manufacturer are regulated by the manufacturer's warranty
policies and may be permitted for extended periods of time. All defective
product exchanges to U.S. Computer Corporation must be within 30 days of the
date of original electronic online invoice of the product from U.S. Computer
Corporation and have been shipped by U.S. Computer Corporation to a U.S.
address excluding APO/FPO. U.S. Computer Corporation will ship a replacement
product of the same model within 30 days of invoice of the defective product
providing such a replacement product is available. If not available, U.S.
Computer Corporation will issue a refund to customer in the amount the
customer originally paid to U.S. Computer Corporation, less freight and
handling and other as noted below.
U.S. Computer
Corporation will not accept any shipment or packages that do not have a U.S.
Computer Corporation Return Authorization Number.
There will be a
$35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box. There may be
additional charges for missing manuals and components.
All items being
returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two
calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any
discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
Products shipped to an international address or APO/FPO can not be returned
for credit.

Hardware Products Returned
For Refund or Exchange
Non Defective computer hardware
may be returned to the hardware manufacturer or to U.S. Computer Corporation
as follows:
Hardware products do not
have to be defective to be returned to U.S. Computer Corporation but they must
have been shipped to a United States address and they must have been purchased
from U.S. Computer Corporation and they must have been purchased in single
quantities and you are making the return within 30 days of purchase.
Products must not be
returned to the shipping warehouse.
Please refer to these policies
and guidelines:
- Receipts with proper invoice
number and date of purchase are necessary to get your Return
Authorization Number.
If you have lost your receipt, you can look it up here free or we can confirm your purchase in
our computer system if you can provide the approximate date. There will be
an extra fee of $10.00 for this service if we do it.
- Restocking Fee is a minimum
of 15% on all hardware items returned for credit unless the product and
all materials shipped with the product and its packaging are in
"new" condition and you only purchased 1 of the item you wish to
return.
- Returns of specialty items,
allocated items, constrained items, items purchased for speculation or
resale, and all items purchased in quantities greater than one have a
restocking fee of 20% or more depending on the condition of the items and
some items may not be returnable at all (such as processors, opened memory
chips, and customized items).
- Shipping, handling,
insurance, customs and all other supplemental charges are not
refunded.
- Packing Material and
Manuals: all packing material and manuals must be returned in unused and
unopened condition or a 20% restocking fee applies.
- Return Date: Within 30 days
of original shipment.
- Return of Printers and Fax
Machines. USC does not accept the return of printers or fax machines for
refund, only for replacement with identical model if defective.
- Return Limitation: No
returns will be accepted after 30 days have elapsed since the date the
product was originally shipped by U.S. Computer Corporation to customer.
- In order to receive a
refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and with a
valid return authorization number (RMA number).
- You should consider insuring
your return package for the amount you paid. U.S. Computer Corporation is
not responsible for shipping damage.
- Products shipped to an
address outside of the United States can not be returned.
There will be an
additional $35.00 re-box fee in addition to the restocking fee for
products returned in a damaged box.

Software Products Returned
For Replacement or Defect
Defective Software may be
returned to the software manufacturer or to U.S. Computer Corporation as
follows:
Defective Software products may
be returned to the manufacturer according to the manufacturer's policies. It usually is in
customer's best interest to return software products to the manufacturer because
the exchange software will be the newest revision and have any software
updates.
Defective software products
purchased from USC for shipment to a United States address may be returned to U.S. Computer Corporation within 30 days of the electronic online
invoice date of the software product from U.S. Computer Corporation or 30
days from the date of shipment to customer. Software returned to USC will be
exchanged for an identical title and revision. USC does not offer money back
on software products. Some software manufacturers do offer a money back guarantee.
You must get a return authorization
number to return
defective software.
There are no exceptions to
these return policies on new computer software purchased from U.S. Computer
Corporation.
