Purchase Orders

As stated below

Automatic Qualification: You must submit a purchase order drawn on a Fortune 1000 company or United States, State or Federal Govt. Agency or a State College or State University to automatically qualify to use a purchase order for  purchases from U.S. Computer Corporation. Subsidiaries of Fortune 500 Companies do not qualify.

All applications subject to credit approval. At this time U.S. Computer does not accept purchase orders for shipment outside of the continental United States or issued by parties outside of the United States.

To use a purchase order, the order total must be over $2500 (U.S. Dollars). Under $2500 mail P.O. with check or other payment attached.

You may fax the P.O. to USC at the Fax Number shown on your order confirmation.

You must mail via the postal service or overnight mail, the actual signed purchase order.

Terms are net 15 days net no discount for cash to approved government agencies and approved educational institutions. There are no exceptions to our 15 day payment policy. Interest begins on day 16.

Local Governments and schools including public schools must apply for credit with USC Corporation Division of U.S. Computer Corporation.

PURCHASE ORDERS: Preparation and Submission

Complete a Web Order As Normal, Check The PO , Box, Include The PO Number

If necessary due to your own policies, complete your paper purchase order listing the following information from the web order:

1. Part number (which is on your web invoice)
2. Manufacturer
3. Product Description
4. Cost
5. Purchase Order Number As Shown On the Web Order
6. Your P.O. must be properly executed and signed by an authorized purchase agent. All information will be verified prior to shipment.

Charge Cards

Info on shipping to address that differs from your billing address.

At this time we accept charge cards issued in the United States only on hardware sales and accept international cards on most software orders.

If payment is by international Credit Card, shipment must be to billing address of credit card and the country where the card was issued.

If payment is by U.S. bank issued Credit Card to a U.S. address, shipment must be to billing address of credit card unless other arrangements have been made and approved by both U.S. Computer Corporation and your card company. See below.

Individuals using a "Free" email address such as juno.com  or hotmail.com as the required email address in their order and who wish to use a credit card must be ordering for shipment to the U.S. and must be willing to fax or mail us a copy of driver's license and copy of the front and back of the credit card and complete a supplemental information and order acknowledgement form. This is required as part of our Fraud Control to protect you and protect us.

If the shipping address differs from address on your credit card billing statement and you are shipping to the United States:

Please call your credit card company using the 800 number shown on the back of your card or your last statement. Tell them you want to add an approved shipping address and give them the ship address you wish to use.

We can (1) only ship to addresses the card company can verify as an approved address or, (2) if the address is not approved we will contact you to obtain proof of your identity.

U.S. Computer reserves the right to refuse to accept any credit card or any payment type for any reason and at our sole discretion.

We presently accept checks only on in store orders.

Money Orders, Wires, etc are not accepted at this time

Payment in this store depends solely on the merchant you select to purchase from. U.S. Computer Corporation has no control over payment methods, returns and refunds in those companies. Select the company you purchase from with care and reason. Price is not the only consideration when ordering online.
