  In store service typically costs about $20 less/hour than onsite service at your premises. In certain cases, in store service also may be preferable to on site service. If you choose, service can be performed at your site or you can deliver it to our store. Please call 727-530-4561 to describe your problem and see which is best for you.
  
  If appropriate, our experienced and salaried professionals can come to your home or business. They will bring with them the skills and tools needed to resolve most problems. In the rare instance where it may be preferable, our staff will bring your computer to our service center, repair it and deliver it back to you, connect your peripherals and demonstrate that its working properly.  Our on site service calls are made between 9AM and 6PM Monday through Saturday and may include Sundays and holidays for select business customers. Why call a Geek* when you can call a Pro

* A number of companies are franchising so called "Geeks" to do computer service. Pay a franchise fee (Typically $25,000 plus other fees), take a week's course, and presto, the franchisee now calls himself a certified "Geek". The franchisor provides an 800 number and refers callers needing service to a local franchisee who may or may not be qualified and who pays a large chunk of each repair to the franchisor. In our 45 years in this business, we've seen these schemes come and go.
