Recently Mike recommended to us that we
offer a better way for our business customers to get priority
service in a working environment without the economic burden of
a service contract.
Mike
wanted us to offer our business, professional and educational customers the option of on site
service without the necessity of having the restrictions,
limitations, commitment and expenses of the usual service contract.
He suggested we needed to offer this because for the
most part business related systems are interconnected with other
business, professional or educational systems in a network environment, and that all of these
conditions may not be able to be replicated in our shop.
Then
Mike pointed out that many people got the shaft who purchased a
multi year contract when the dealer who took their money went
broke or otherwise disappeared or changed employees frequently.
Mike's last request was that the service be affordable!
