"Customer Service & U.S. Computer Corporation"
Jon's patience and skills in managing
people combined with his technical expertise in computers and his
product knowledge made him the ideal candidate to be our V.P. of
operations and in 1996, Jon became V.P. of U.S. Computer
Corporation.
In 2000 Jon was
selected by the board as President and continues to serve in that
position..
One of Jon's many
responsibilities is to identify, manage and resolve problems.
If you have a concern with
our company, products, services, policies, internet staff or
store employees, Jon is the man to see.

Customer Service Includes
"Customer service is doing what's fair, reasonable, and right for
all of our customers to the best of our ability and capacity.
Customer service means far more than helping you with your
product after the sale and our standard support offerings.
It
means listening. Listening is an art that seems lost as we begin
the 21st century. But we still do it."
If
that does not completely satisfy you, please
-
1. Call
me and make an appointment to come in and discuss the
problem in person. When you make the appointment speak to me on
the phone, tell me the
nature of the problem. This gives me a chance to review the
problem, invoices, technical information, discuss the matter
with employees and consider all of the alternatives before you
get here.
-
2.
If you're angry and upset let your emotions cool before you come
to the appointment.
Anger is a human thing, but sometimes it
blurs the facts and rarely helps resolve issues. Expect us to be
calm and vice versa.
-
3.
Explain all the facts. Don't be afraid to embarrass an employee.
I really will listen.
-
4.
I may ask questions, evaluate the problem with you, determine the
responsibilities and possible solutions and discuss each of these with you.
-
5.
Please be prepared to listen to, discuss and consider my responses.
I and U.S. Computer
Corporation want you to feel we have been fair and
reasonable in fulfilling our responsibilities to you, our other
customers, our employees, and our investors.
-
Communication is the real secret of success. If you have a need,
please tell us."
Jon Anderson, President
