Tax Exemption Certificate to U.S. Computer Corporation (USC).
USC complies with all Federal and
State regulations regarding products shipped to U.S. destinations. At
this time USC requires parties possessing a valid Sales Tax Exemption
Certificate and who desire to make tax exempt purchases for shipment to a
specific state, to:
(1) Fax a Copy of your Sales Tax
Exemption Certificate to 727-499-0945. No application
will be considered until we receive a copy of the current year Sales Tax
Exemption Certificate for your state and each state you wish products
shipped to.
(2) Complete and Submit This Form
If you are purchasing products and
claiming Sales tax/Use Tax exemption please continue, if you checked no to
above and/or do not want to claim Tax Exemption, use your back arrow or
